I am Jennifer Grossbard, a New York based freelance chef specializing in a beginning to end gastronomic experience, with an emphasis in cross culture fusion. I create many types of functions in homes or venues state wide where high quality cuisine is a pre-requisite.  I am knowledgeable about all types of dietary restrictions and take your concerns to the utmost care and respect.  Myself and my staff have years of experience and believe in providing an experience that is unlike any other.  I am open to all inquiries where my organization, talents and cuisine are desired .

We customize your experience to coincide with the story of your taste buds delights and take great pride knowing where your food comes from and how it is brought into existence. All products are organic, grass fed, hormone free, local and seasonal as possible. Our inspiration is the story of your life and the world that exists around us. We want to create an experience that is completely yours.


Finding the perfect heirloom tomato, scouring the markets for the best produce, the freshest fish, I strive to offer to my guests a cuisine based on the energy I put into making it . Like chasing love some things are hard to find but with perseverance and an eye for quality you can be assured that always all efforts have been attempted to bring only the best ingredients to my table for you to enjoy.

Ethereal Lamb


Hinting flavors of Arabian descent, New Zealand lamb is served upon a mound of purple potatoes, skin still on for goodness , horseradish added for distinction.
Figs, biblical fruit from the past, were poached in dry sherry hinting an English invasion to lands of old, complimenting complex flavors from far off lands .
Eat your heart out Lawrence of Arabia .
Food of the gods, ethereal by nature. Whose gods and whose country is any-ones guess. All that is known is that the flavors are old and the marriage majestic. What more is needed?

Cold Melon Gazpacho with Maryland Blue Crab, prosecco and garden fresh "pineapple basil"


Grilled Stone Fruit Salad with Belgian endive, frisee, radicchio, walnuts, hazelnuts, and Maytag blue cheese


Lunch-bag Fresh Catch with local heirloom tomatoes mixed with Mediterranean medley of Kalamata olives, capers, red onion, red/yellow bell peppers, garlic and fresh oregano. Served atop hand made linguine noodles, all cooked inside a brown lunch-bag. Each bag is individually opened to release all the sensational aromas of summer fresh herbs and vegetables.

Ethereal Scallops


Nestled in a Bok choy Garden of Eden heavenly scallops await the connoisseurs approval.In a miniature champagne glass rose water poached lychee and exotic tamarillo fruit make up the sauce which could equally be drunk as an intense flavor shot or an exotic cocktail. Fresh fruit contrasts the complex sauce , straight from the garden of Eden, but not so tempting as the apple from the poisoned tree. These fruits are all about life and the essence of Asian compliments to the seas plentiful offering.





Ethereal Prawns

Towering into the heavens , prawns rise up from the oceans for all to enjoy. In a cup of cucumber upon a stage of apple tzatziki to the Greek's , raita to the Indian's a cooling sauce with the freshest of garden mint compliments these crustaceans invoking calm flavors subtle by nature that take you in your minds eye to calmer places, seas on far distant islands where mythological gods exist Serene on Renaissance painted tranquility.




Heavenly fish


One fish two fish green fish white fish,
well not quite of Dr.Seuss origin. Whole fish is snapped in half and screwered through with chopsticks awaiting this mix of Asian and Mexican style to be indulged. A complex salty spice mix, but not overbearing, enhanced the soft white flesh and crispy fried skin
adds a crunch to each bite. Flavors build up in heat with the tomatillo Mexican salsa verde. Flavors cool down with the organic yogurt contrast. Jalapenos are present for those who want to raise the ante. All this interweaves with garlic onion swirls. This is a complex offering and fusion of flavors but none too strong to overcome another. It is bright by nature as Dr.Seuss' books which take us back to childhood renderings when life was simple as anything that would make us smile. With such ecstatic flavors and mixes this plate offers, who could do anything else?
