Ethereal Lamb


Hinting flavors of Arabian descent, New Zealand lamb is served upon a mound of purple potatoes, skin still on for goodness , horseradish added for distinction.
Figs, biblical fruit from the past, were poached in dry sherry hinting an English invasion to lands of old, complimenting complex flavors from far off lands .
Eat your heart out Lawrence of Arabia .
Food of the gods, ethereal by nature. Whose gods and whose country is any-ones guess. All that is known is that the flavors are old and the marriage majestic. What more is needed?

Nestled in a Bok choy Garden of Eden heavenly scallops await the connoisseurs approval.In a miniature champagne glass rose water poached lychee and exotic tamarillo fruit make up the sauce which could equally be drunk as an intense flavor shot or an exotic cocktail. Fresh fruit contrasts the complex sauce , straight from the garden of Eden, but not so tempting as the apple from the poisoned tree. These fruits are all about life and the essence of Asian compliments to the seas plentiful offering.

Towering into the heavens , prawns rise up from the oceans for all to enjoy. In a cup of cucumber upon a stage of apple tzatziki to the Greek's , raita to the Indian's a cooling sauce with the freshest of garden mint compliments these crustaceans invoking calm flavors subtle by nature that take you in your minds eye to calmer places, seas on far distant islands where mythological gods exist Serene on Renaissance painted tranquility.
